Nearly two-thirds of partners at public accounting firms are over age 50, and only around 16% of them are women. These results of the latest Rosenberg MAP industry survey highlight the operational challenges we hear from our peers, and make us even more grateful for the number of talented young people that have joined our ranks in recent years, including many very impressive young women.
