Singer Burke is a collaboration between two distinct companies, Singer Burke Zimmer & Kogan, LLP, a tax and accounting firm owned by CPAs and regulated by the California Board of Accountancy; and SB Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor owned by its shareholders and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Clients wishing to engage the services of both firms must contract with each firm separately and render fees as specified under each arrangement.

Singer Burke Zimmer & Kogan, LLP, offers a range of tax and accounting services but will not perform attest services, including audits, reviews, or examinations of financial statements.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design) and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
