We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Assistant Account Manager to become an integral part of our Business Management team. A successful candidate will be trustworthy, professional, analytical, detail oriented, computer savvy (Excel and Word), organized and service oriented with two or more years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in the Business Management industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
- General ledger coding
- Account receivable and accounts payable
- Bank account reconciliations
- Document management
- Payroll processing
- Research & special projects
- Client and vendor liaison
- Various task as needed
Qualification Requirements:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge and understanding of A/R and A/P functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business a plus
- Experience with Datafaction/DF Imaging and AgilLink a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. Experience with TEAMS is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
