We are seeking a perceptive, multifaceted professional to join our team on a full-time basis as an Administrative Assistant. The working arrangements for the position are Monday – Friday, 9 to 6 PM, on-site. The dynamic professional, having prior administrative experience, will handle the mailroom operations, front desk/reception, document management and administrative functions. A successful applicant will be trustworthy, professional, analytical, detail oriented, computer savvy, organized and service oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calendar management / Partner and firmwide scheduling
- Mailroom operations
- Front Desk/Reception
- Social Media Marketing / Communications / Event Planning
- Time entry
- Document management – sorting and scanning
- Office maintenance – order and organize office and kitchen supplies
- Guest hospitality
- Plan and coordinate special events such as celebrations, charitable activities and training sessions
- Assist with special projects and various tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- 2 or more years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Prior experience supporting C-Suite / Partner level Executives
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Social Media Marketing / Communications experience is preferred
- Project Management / Coordination experience a plus
- Knowledge of / experience in supporting organizational / workplace operations
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
